OTIUS is the new signing of HORDAN RECORDS. Imagine finding Stephen King, dressed in black leather, in a booth at the April fair (Seville), asking the DJ for a Joy Division song. Influenced by everything and without any complex. This is how the band members define themselves. Otius is a rock band formed in Viladecans (Barcelona) with eclectic tastes, ready to offer visceral music, with grunge-rock-funk touches and let it be said, with a psychedelic flair plus hints of blues and electronic vibes. Imagina't trobar-te Stephen King, vestit de cuir negre, en una caseta de la fira d'abril, demanant al Dj una cançó de Joy Division. Influenciats per tot i acomplexats per res. Així es defineixen els components d'Otius, banda de rock formada a Viladecans (Barcelona) amb gustos eclèctics, disposats a oferir música visceral, amb tocs grunge-rock-funk, i perquè no dir-ho amb un cert aire psicodèlic i tocs blueseros i electrònics. |

Alberto Lozano ens presenta, en el seu primer àlbum 'Out There for You to See', un tast del seu món compositiu. Un LP en anglès de dotze cançons que sonen com les seves reconegudes influències (Arctic Monkeys, The Beatles, Bob Dylan), i alhora, posseeixen una identitat pròpia en el seu determinat retorn a "l'analògic". El seu univers musical s'allunya dels beats, els samples i la “tirania” de les noves tecnologies; vol tornar enrere fent un pas al davant, amb idees originals, produïdes en un estudi com els d'abans, amb instruments i interpretacions reals. I ho fa, tot això, immillorablement acompanyat per la seva banda. Una brillant conjunció de creativitat i qualitat dalt de l’escenari. |
